chipboards
Particleboards are made from wood chips with synthetic resin binders under the influence of heat and pressure. A special gluing, spreading and layering process gives the chipboard a finer and firmer outer surface layer compared to the coarser and looser middle layer. This improves the statics and, in particular, the bending strength of the board.
Chipboard is easy to process. Due to the almost equal bending strength in all directions of the board plane, there is no need to take the processing direction into consideration.
The boards have a good stability, low surface expansion and are suitable for large-scale furniture and interior fittings.
