The middle layers of the honeycomb panels consist of Tonelli cardboard honeycombs of the ASTON type, which are available in various honeycomb diameters.
MDF boards are preferably used as cover layers, but alternative materials such as chipboard are also possible.

Would you like to attach screws, hinges or other elements to the panel?
No problem - thanks to the option of inserts made of spruce (finger-jointed), chipboard, MDF or LVL strips in the middle layer, this is easily possible.
Over a width of 2200 mm, there is space for a maximum of nine inserts lengthwise with a minimum distance of 150 mm between the individual inserts.
It's also possible to mill a groove in the inserts.
